How much does a breat reduction cost?
I'm tired of people talking to my chest and not ME....I can't even wear the right size shirt without my boobs not fitting and the rest of the shirt being perfect on my little waist....

Insurance can cover it anywhere from 60% to 100% of the bill. Complain about back/neck/shoulder pain, grooves on your shoulders from heavy breasts, and rashes under your breasts and you will be set.

I had mine done 11 months ago (Feb '06) and I went from a 38J to a 38C (five lbs taken off!) and I am loving it.

It cost the insurance company $8,000.

Check out this site for lots of people who went through it.

If it is causing medical problems like a sore back or if your bra strap in indenting your shoulders from holding them up then your insurance will cover it. Overly large breast can cause several problems like to much weight on the chest cavity, self image problems which lead to depression, neck shoulder and back pain. the inability to exercise. So I would talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she says.

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I know how you feel. Depending on my weight I am somewhere between 44DD and 46EE. I HATE IT. I had a friend that got a reduction in Tulsa for $6,000. I would do it if I had the money. Anytime.
