If i cut my diet and exercise can i lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks? If not what is the most i can lose in 3 weeks?

i think the special k diet advertises loses 10 pounds in 2 weeks by just eating cereal. i'd say its doable, but its going to be unpleasant. and i wouldnt exercise hard core because that will make you hungrier. you should shoot for walking 2-3 miles a day, and just eat cereal for 3 weeks.

NO! That is way too much weight to loose! Tha vast majority of it would be water if you starved yourslef like that... a safe amount to lose would be 3-5 pounds...reduce your calories to 12-1500 a day and do 1/2 hour or so of an aerobic activity ..any fast is not safe..and by that i mean..people end up in the hospital or dead...you have read about wrestlers and football players and baseball player ( pros to college level) dieing on the fielfd?? yes most of the time it awas from starving themselves and limiting water too much= heart attack .

that is about 5 pounds a week. that will be extremly hard to lose 15 pounds of pure fat in 3 weeks. water weight can be done that way but i wouldnt lose that amount of water or you could kill yourself. 15 pounds in three weeks is not reasonable
