which is said to contain something that speeds digestion. But today I bought a book called You on a Diet which seems to be more about educating people on how to "diet" by simply eating right and allowing your body and brain to do what it has to do. Anyways, it said that fiber can help you lose weight as it helps you to feel full longer because it slows digestion.

Now I am confused. Activia is not supposed to make you lose weight but I would think that if it speeds digestion it would make you feel better and get rid of waste faster thus in some way helping me to lose weight in a healthy way. It seems like slowing digestion would make me feel sluggish & affect my body in a negative way as waste would sit for longer... So my question is should I stop eating the yogurt and start eating more fiber? Or does the yogurt come into play after the food is not food anymore and the fiber gets it to that point? Will they work together or counteract eachother?

please note that I am only 13 and his has been eating at me all day. I was walking out from Walgreens and taking the back way because it is faster to get to my house that isn't very far away. when i went back i saw these three guys beating up another guy that wansnt even able to fight back. i was really scared so i ran away as fast as i could but now i can't get this out of my head. is there something i could of done? i have seen violent movies and stuff before but nothing has ever effected me like this?! is this really what the world is like? can i take any comfort from this?

I have a chest infection and need an anitbiotic to finally shake it, but I don't have insurance to get one. I got my hands on some Zithromax and Augmentin XR They are stamped with October 1 04 for the Zithromax and 1 04 for the Augmentin. Are these antibiotics ok to take or should they just be pitched?

I go to a methodone clinic everyday to get my med's, and they give me drug test witch is fine and sometimes when I get there I have to use the bathroom or something. But yesterday while I was doing my drug test I looked up and seen a camera lookinh straight at me, my husband also went in there the next day to make sure, Are they allowed to watch me pee and everthing else you do in a bathroom, they have never told me or anyone else that there is one in the bathroom, they watch me and everone else bend over and pee and see our priviate parts and all, I live in Pa, bever falls are they allowed to do that? Sit there and watch me and others use the bathroom and everything? I dont think they are and if they are I'm going to do something about it,cause thats wrong! Really wrong! If anyone knows anything 1005 please let me know cause I'am going to try and sue them! Thank You Amanda

My "husband" of 19 years suffers with severe procrastination. I take care of everything in our relationship...paying the bills, grocery shopping, housework, laundry, appointments, letter writing, buying christmas gifts, handling family issues...everything. I have done this for 19 years and am honestly sick of it. I'm ready to bail.

I looked up chronic procrastination and found that many adults who suffer with this also have/have had ADD or ADHD. Many suffer with depression as well.

I do too much and I'm wearing out fast. I can't take care of anymore adult "children". Anyone out there with similar problems or who knows much about this?

My friend has just recently started having a really hard time with his thoughts, he is the most optimistic and inspirational person I know and when in doubt I usually ask him for advice and he says that he cant explain why all of a sudden for the past couple of days that his thought process has become plagued with feelings of anxiety and like negative stuff. He says that he feels the same, and reading all this info online about depression symtoms and a barrage of other info just doesnt seem to match what hes actually experiencing - is this a hurdle that everyone goes through? He says that his internal dialogue is fine until like at a certain point in the day when he just feels overcome with a halting sense of negativity that he feels in the chest area or when even worse when going to bed, that doesnt allow him to sleep restfully - that doesnt allow him to think and feel like his normally optimistic self. Is this because hes focusing on it so much?anyone ever have similar experiences

sometimes when i get up from sitting on sofa i get a tearing pain below bikiniline which makes me catch my breath and bend over double it only lasts a minute and then completely normal got it today when went to the loo aswell its really hard to describe feels like tearing or something not muscular but dont suffer pain constantly its weird what could it be i dont want to go to doctor cos its only now and then any ideas?

My face is a perfect mess its driving me crazy.First of all I started with pimples when i was only 14 and now i am 15 and can't get rid of them.But,what is strange is that i only have them on my cheeks.For e.g. when sponge bob smile his cheeks light up red okay same with me.I have a patch of pimples on both of my cheeks ONLY.It don't spread to my chin or to the side of my face or any thing.And on my 4head ready to shine like stars in the night can't miss them.The ones on my 4head is not that big but it kinda hurt when you press on them,they don't get rid or ripe or any thing (strange to me). and my cheeks pimples get real big and red and i am brown skin and its really red (strange to me).Now i don't pick at my pimples or any thing and it leave marks and the marks stay red.I try to cover them with make up and stuff but the scars still show Oh JESUS HELP ME!!. I am beautiful but i just can't prove it without clear skin HELP ME PLZ!!! these pimples just won't go away no matter what i do
