This really depends upon what you plan to be doing:

*Everyday, and just because (i.e., work, school, housework, teasing the neighbor's rottweiler, you get the idea ...): water.

*Exercise: water.

*Super strenuous physical labor wherein there is PROLONGED heavy sweating (not work, but sweating) for at least 90+ minutes: GatorAid, or some other drink which replenishes the minerals (electrolytes) which are sweat out during this type of activity.

**Examples of such activity are: running/jogging over an hour in moderate heat, construction work in 90 degree plus heat for over an hour, extended hikes/bike rides in high heat/moderate heat-high humidity environments, military patrols in body armor which last for more than an hour in moderate-high heat, etc.

For overall life as we know it, however, I would recommend water.

I would say Crystal Light, Propel Fitness Water, Special K's new water, or skim milk
