Low sodium?

Question

My sodium went from `134 to 128. What do I need to do? My Doctor suggested I cut my 10 mg. Lexapro for anxiety to see if that will lower it and doesnt want me to see himj for three more weeks, but should I have another blood test before that.? Thank you, Shirley

depression and anxiety medications can lower sodium. in the meantime have yourself a pickle every day with lunch and cut down on the free water you drink which will help raise the sodium level in your blood.
