You need to see a psychiatrist. Those thoughts are not normal.
People, stop making fun of him. This kind of stuff is very real to the sufferers. No one is protected from mental illnesses so be kind, OK?
You might be the next one to experience such hallucinations and end up with a mental illness. So, be respectful at least

You must be on some good dope. Maybe you shouldn't be driving while this high. If you have a really huge drug problem you need to get help. Drugs are bad for you, I am a recovering Meth addicted and it took me years to realize I had a problem. Go to your local NA support group, even if you don't think you have a problem. If your not on drugs then I think you need to go to the Mental Hospital. Good Luck to you and your object that is waiting for you.
