I saw it in a commercial and I'm wondering if that's true...

the dairy aspect is supposed to help, but Yoplait contains Corn Syrup that is high in calories and not easily metabolised and will actually have the opposite effect on your weight if not eaten in moderation.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

not on its own.... but if you have a healthy diet otherwise (heavy on organic, raw, fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables) and you eat only the Yoplait without the sugary fruit (totally plain Yoplait) and you exercise daily, and practice the energy technique called EFT, then you could maybe say that Yoplait helped you lose weight. Also, don't eat any other dairy products... restrict yourself to just plain (unsweetened) Yoplait. Dairy will raise your body's acidity level...not a good thing if you are trying to lose weight.

All the best!

Yogurts suppress apetite and is low calorie food. So it's good for diet if Yoplait has no carb sugar. Plain yogurt is more healthier than with additives.

Yes! But get the low-calorie kind, the one WITHOUT corn syrup as the first ingredient.

I wish I could show you the link, but I remember reading recently that a study was performed, and people who ate yogurt 3x daily lost more weight than those who didn't, even with less exercise.
Plus, yogurt takes a while to eat, so you eat it slowly and get full quickly.
