Most bodybuilders say that after 30 minutes of intense weightlifting that all glycogen as been used up and it is counterproductive to continue. But are they talking about all muscles or just the muscles being trained. In other words is there 30 minutes of glycogen in the chest muscles, 30 minutes in the back muscles, 30 minutes in the leg muscles, etc?

I want to know if anyone experienced this, you was sleeping and you can still hear everything but you cant move and you try so hard but you cant. I want to know what that is called? It happens every so often maybe like every year of every couple of years. It happen to other people to not just me.

I am on a mission to lose the weight I am 6’ 5” and weigh in at 275lbs. looking online that’s about 30 pounds in obesity and I am sick of looking like this. So I am on my way to losing the weight wanted to know though a couple of things.

1. How many calories do I need to burn a day to lose the weight?
2. Is their a watch or counter that can help monitor how much I actually burned working out?
3. I don’t have a gym membership and probably because I am to un-confident in going I told myself after I lose 25 pounds then I would get a membership is their any suggestions for things I can get at the store to work out at home. (I have a jump rope, boxing bag, weights BUT NO BENCH, crappie stair stepper and a dog)

Pleas anything you guys can suggest would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not talking normal pissed off, I'm talking pissed off about a catastrophic, life-changing event that is totally out of my control. There is nothing I can do to change the situation that is making me so furious (believe me, I've looked at it from every angle), and I don't even know what to do with myself. I go from total rage to hysterical crying, to feeling so empty that I can barely breathe, all within minutes. I know I am whining/complaining, etc., and it's not like me at all. I just have no idea how to get over this and move in with my life, which I now have to totally reassemble. Any clues on how to immediately deal with the rage? Anger management is not an option, nor is counseling. I've tried exercise with no luck. What do you do when you feel this hopeless, worthless, empty, and furious????

following Monday. You know with the brown color at the end. Well Me and my boyfriend had sex on Saturday night and I just stopped bleeding and haven't bled since. I've counted calories since 1/3/07 and I've dropped about 5 lbs so far. My jeans that I could barely button last month fit me so much better, when I look down my stomach isnt poked out as much and overall, I just feel good about sticking to this so far. I'm hitting a bump in the road right now and I want junk food sooo bad. I want pizza the most (supreme with olives, bacon and pineapple.. omg), but also a cheeseburger, cookies, cheesecake etc. I do know that there are low cal cookies, pizzas & other things out there. I've satisfied my junk food cravings lately with low calorie choices and desserts form weight watchers and smart ones. I dont know why this is hitting me so hard right now, & I know if I do cheat I'll regret it and mentally beat myself up for it right away. You just dont know how may times I've had to stop myself from calling Pizza Hut- its almost painful. Do you have any tips to keep me focused and motovated? Please help me.

I've tried getting together with a couple people I've met through different classes I've taken at the Y. It never seems to work out due to changing schedules and the general business of working moms. It seems like the majority of women I talk to have a hard time fitting in more than an hour a week for exercise. It helps me a lot to have a workout buddy because then I know I have to go to the gym if for no other reason than not to stand them up. Any ideas would be appreciated.

has anyone used phentermine? i did try it back in June and i used for about 1 month. I didnt notice any changes besides that it did curb my appetite. I made me pretty shakey and i couldnt take them after that-made me feel a bit wierd!!!! what were your experiences with it???
