Would like to try some new smoothie recipies, but they must be low in fat and sugar.

The strong ingredients of the the fruit that you just lose via a juicer is stuffed with fibre that makes you go. You need to be going traditionally, at the least as soon as a day. Whilst you weight yourself you might be also weighing the gunk to your intestines. A good stage of fibre will flush it out and also endeavor the intestine to ensure you digest effectually. 1 frozen banana
5-8 frozen strawberries
1 cup various frozen berries
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup soy milk (or skim/lowfat milk)

For a really good smoothie, I like to use about 1-1.5 cup[s] of frozen strawberries with lowfat raspberry yogurt to make it thicker. Add some milk (it should come up about a third of the way to the top of the strawberries in the blender) and ice, which is optional. You can sweeten it to your tastes afterwards, but it isn't really necessary.

I think u should eat fruit salad. Mix up different kinds of fruit and eat it. It will taste delicious. Ant eat vegetables. Raw. Just boil them. U will become more beautiful than u really are.

we just use ice, the fruit and vegie, and lowfat yogurt of whatever flavor you like. sometimes we'll use skim milk or 100% juice to thin it out a little.
