I worked out this morning instead of waiting until tonight, and I am so glad I did. I feel GREAT! I don't know how to motivate yourself. I just happened to wake up early and so I popped in my favorite 20-minute workout video and just did it.
Maybe you could just tell youself its best to get it done in the a.m. then not have to try and fit it in later in the day.
Oh, another thing I am doing today even though it sounds silly to say it is that I am doing a number of squats or lunges every hour. I have to head to the restroom to do it since I am at work. But already I have done 80 and I could never do that many all at once if I tried. See how it adds up, though? I know its not aerobic but every move uses some calories and works my muscles.
Good luck!

ask yourself how important it is that you keep fit and healthy. if you are sleeping more than 8 hours and are still tired i'd recommend getting some blood work done and seeing your doctor for a physical.
of course, is the morning the only time you can exercise? some people just aren't morning people. maybe you're one of those who would do better exercising during their lunch hour or after work.
good luck to you.

If you don't have time to exercise in the morning. Do it before you go to bed. Set your alarm clock so you won't over-sleep. You should feel better in the mornings after you've done this for awhile. Give it a try.

I had this problem until recently... Its all about your life style. I recently moved in with a man who goes to bed early 9pm &is up for work by 5.. I started getting up early with him to see him after a few months the new pattern (life style was auto matic) tired by 9 due to being up early & waking at 5 with no alarmclock.....after he leaves at 6 i excersice.... good luck check your mates habits if he/she lives with you.. There habits & lifestyles are contagious ...

once our little cat see's any stream she rubs adverse to our heads and fingers consistently and also nibbles. the perfect concern jointly with her is to no longer bypass in any respect and pretend im asleep. my higher cat might want to nibble my ears even as i became asleep, and sit down on my face and purr. 20lbs of cat love = painful thanks to awaken. for him the perfect concern is to easily gently push him away from mattress a pair cases in a row, he stops after that (the little cat gained't) attempt having a glittery toy (or one with a bell in it in case you may stand it) close to you (below your mattress or in a drawer) or maybe as he receives all frisky interior the morning throw it for him. if hes more effective in touch in you than the toy identity say throw him some catnip on a scratchign board, yet you've him declawed. i dont understand what else you may want to do

You want to live longer. You want to look good. You want to enjoy life to the fullest. Go to bed a little earlier. Just get 8 hours.
