Im 29...i had my last child 6 years ago. Ive noticed a change in my cycle since my last child. It's getting worse every time seems like. My hormones go nuts for a whole week before i start. By the time i start i am feeling so low and depressed. Then i start to feel better after the 2 days of cramping is over. Then i got about 2 weeks of feeling good before it starts all over again.
What can i do ?!? Is there something that will help!!!

I joined a gym 2 weeks ago and started eating healthy. I was at my heaviest weight (about 134) and I'm only 5' 2"- 5' 3"
I weighed myself for the first time today since I started working out, and I'm 130 now. Isn't 4 pounds a small amount to lose in 2 weeks? I'm not expecting a miracle, I'm dedicated to continuing my routine but I thought I would lose more. This is my routine, let me know if you have any suggestions. Also, I'm not sure how many calories to have since I'm working out, so I eat around 1100.

Work out 5 days a week. 45-60 minutes of cardio (treadmill mostly, sometimes exercise bike)
Light weight training for arms, legs, and ab exercises
Drinking about 8 cups of water
Low fat/cal meals (about 1100 calories a day)

Should I be switching up my exercise routine more? Eating more or less? I would like to weigh about 110 by the summer. Thanks for your help! :)

My husband was just diagonsed with invasive aspergillousis. He does not have a compromised immune system according to the doctors. He works in an agriculture setting where these fungi are prevalant.
What is the outlook for him? He has it in his ears and mastoid bone but seems to be responding to the V-fend anti-fungal drug he is on.
However, he went for 6 months with symptoms before they identified it. Is it too late to be cured? What are the side effects of the drug v-fend?
Is their anyone out there who has recovered form this rare disease and can advise me as to what we are facing? Help.

As my son is now 6 years old, I havent helped him bathe in awhile. He is pretty self dependent. He had a doctors appointment the other day. My husband had to help him clean for a urine sample. He said he has a lot of skin still covers some of the head of his penis. My son has complained since he was younger that he was sensitive down there. Could he have not gotten enough cut off as a infant? Will this grow out as he gets older?

I have been using Crest ProHealth Mint toothpaste for about 6 weeks now. This toothpaste is so strong it keeps my lips and corner of mouth cracking and bleeding . At first, because of the time of the year, I thought it might be cold sores. So I doctored and doctored. It didnt clear up. Then the light bulb went off and I discontinued the toothpaste. A few days later my mouth was cleared. Then dummy me, thinking this all was a coincidence, I started using the toothpaste again. My mouth started cracking and bleeding all-over again. Maybe my lips are extra sensitive, I dont know. All I know is now you have the word and I am curious if anyone else has had this problem. Crest is really pushing this stuff. Also the after taste is terrible.

I have been so stressed out, 2 nights ago I had I guess a nervous breakdown over the smallest things that should not have worried me! I was flipping out over not having enough time to do my laundry, clean my house , take the proper care for my animals, dentist appointments, spending time with my fiance, all these things are building up, I just went crazy, I was crying, pacing back and forth, pointing out things that were dirty in my house..I mean petty things like a spot on my ruf, to crumbs on my kitchen counter! What happened to me and how do I stop this from happening again?

She takes allergy med's daily. We do not smoke, have no pets, and she wears ear plugs and a head band in the bath tub. She has taken every kind of antibotic you can name, along with shots, ear drops, and 5 different kinds of allergy medicine. We have seen our pedictian who refered us to a ENT who has put in two sets of tubes, and removed her adnoids. The ENT then referred us to childrens hosp, which only changed her med's. Any help ?
