Im 29...i had my last child 6 years ago. Ive noticed a change in my cycle since my last child. It's getting worse every time seems like. My hormones go nuts for a whole week before i start. By the time i start i am feeling so low and depressed. Then i start to feel better after the 2 days of cramping is over. Then i got about 2 weeks of feeling good before it starts all over again.
What can i do ?!? Is there something that will help!!!

My hormones went nuts in my late 30s. I seriously felt like my mind was not my own. My GYN told me to try taking a B-Complex vitamin everyday. And DAMN if it didn't work! The next month, I didn't even know my period was due it happened so smoothly. I'm still taking it 4 years later and it's great.

B-Complex. Please try it.

Try USP grade progesterone cream I've been using it for 3 years now. I use 14 days of the month. I have no PMS symptoms.
