I wouldn't feel too bad. I was ordered to go to anger management by the state police after I cracked my dad in the back of the head with an aluminum baseball bat at the age of 17 (he was a drunk, so I thought I was justified). I went to my first class, and when I came back for my second, the mediator told me not to bother coming back that she would be letting the police know that anger management was not what I needed and that it was not going to help me, that something else was seriously wrong with me. Then they decided I was bi-polar and I have psychotic features instead, and that when I did that to him, that was my first psychotic break.

I have never heard of an anger management class but I think it is a good idea for folks with HOOOOTTT tempers. The fact that you enroled in that class is enough hope for you.(Where there is a will there is a way). The fact that you got suspended again shows you have some level of commitment to your desire to manage your temper. I'm really impressed by that. But I know a way to manage anger better and more permanently than enroling in an anger management class. That is the Holy Spirits way. Anger as the Bible states is one of the dividends of the fallen nature[1] which we are all born with[2].Jesus came into this world to die for our sins[3]. If we accept him as Lord of our lives, He saves us from the fallen nature by the presence of the Holy Spirit which He deposits in us[4]. The Holy Spirit transforms us and gives us a nature garnished by the fruit of the Spirit which is LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS and SELF-CONTROL[5].This fruit of the Spirit is totally contrary to the dividends of the flesh. Take anger for example, if you love someone so much it will be tough to be mad at him/her, if you have a lot of patience, you won't be agitated by a sluggish driver ahead of you...etc.. Now dear this does not happen automatically, its a gradual process that involves your effeort as well. But as a child of God you have a tool-prayer(talking to God as you would a friend, telling Him your hurts, frustrations and joys too) thats ever available and never fails. Trust Jesus with your life today.

You didn't elaborate on what you did to get suspended. Was it really that bad? If you are really trying to control your anger, there it is always hope. Don't give up on yourself.
Seriously, you need to work on it. You don't want it to get in big trouble some day. Take care.
