If you don't want to be skinny, but don't want big muscles, you just need to tone up your muscles. Regular walking, jogging, or swimming will help, as will lifting light weights. Heavy weights with low repetitions build bigger muscles, but light weights with more repetitions tone muscles.

But if you don't want to exercise at all, the only thing you could gain is some extra flab. Drink plenty of milk instead of water, make sure you combine your fat and sugar (like pizza and soda!)

That puts your body into fat storage mode, where you will have the best chance of adding a few extra inches on your legs, hips, and stomach.

If you stuff yourself with one or two big meals a day, you will gain weight more than lighter snacking all day. That schedule helps sumo wrestlers build their famous bellies!
