If the Dr. misdiagnosed you he is still to blame for that.
If you consulted another Dr. they do cover up for each other.
I would talk to an attorney make sure she/he is for the injured some do work to help the other party.......I had to get an attorney for a head injury and half my body broken in an auto accident my neurologist left town and never released me I have neuro problems

It appears to be the fault of the doctor. But you really need to consult with an attorney to determine the legal recourse against him.

YOU COULD PROBABLY GET HIM FOR MALPRACTICE OR MISDIAGNOSIS ... IF A DEATH WAS CAUSED BECAUSE OF HIS ACTIONS / LACK -THERE-OF YOU COULD CHARGE HIM W/ A TYPE OF MANSLAUGHTER ... MAYBE IF YOU GET A GOOD LAWYER WHO KNOWS ALL THE ANGLES ...
I WOULD REALY CALL AND CONSULT A LOCAL ATTOURNEY ... USUALLY YOU GET A FREE 30 MINUTE SESSION / CONSULTATION . HOPE YOU GET THIS FIGURED OUT AND ALL IS GOOD.
