Every time I sit, I put my right leg under me. I really want to stop because it's putting a lot of weight and pressure on my poor knee. But I can't not do it, because I've gotten in the bad habit of doing it every time I sit at my desk. And I have a desk job. HELP!

You must purchase big clunky shoes with 'sharp' edges (not rounded and smooth) so there'll be discomfort when you try to tuck. There is no other way. Well, you could pass out rubber bands and ask to be shot at when you're caught doing the tuck, but you'd get shot anyway by jerks, so that won't work...

I don't have any advice for you other than maybe wearing high heeled boots that would make it uncomfortable to sit on. I do the same thing while I'm at my desk, too! I swear, I think better when I sit like that :) ha ha!

Get a strap of Velcro wrap one end around your ankle and the other around the leg of your chair.

Just be careful when you stand up.
