I want to know if anyone experienced this, you was sleeping and you can still hear everything but you cant move and you try so hard but you cant. I want to know what that is called? It happens every so often maybe like every year of every couple of years. It happen to other people to not just me.

you don't just fall asleep, there are different phases.
in one phase, your body goes into a paralysis (people that sleep walk, have a problem with this phase) ITS TEMPORARY
but anyway, when something happens around you and wakes you up from this deep sleep, you have to come out of these phases. for a little while, you can probably hear stuff but while you are still in the deep sleep, you can't move.

yep use to do that and i would feel like i would go out of my body
and watch things around me.i hated that feeling.completely
helpless.i use to wake up hitting my head on the wall.im bipolar
and after i found out the meds i take must stop it.cause it aint happened since i started taking them.i dont think whatever it is
means one is bipolar.just little ol'e me.

I have experienced that probably a couple times in my life. I don't know what its called, but yes you're not alone.

that happen to my bother on day. one of my family member say ed that a spirit or some thing wont let you move the only thing that you can do is see. it can be that or something that nobody has seen. that all what i know.

yeah its quite normal. Your brain just woke up a bit before your body. Some people have this and think its ghosts or something. so well done for being more sensible!

that happens to me sometimes,but it happens to my brother more then me.i think its half sleep...
