if i do cardio for 1 and a half hours 4 to 5 days a week, how many calories should i consume to lose 3 to 5 pounds a weeks

you dont want to lose 3-5 pounds a week. 1-2 is healthy. Find out how many calories you have daily on an online calorie calculator, and eat 50-700 cals less than that. On top of your exercising. Good Luck!
