I have a hard time waking up in the morning, then i go to work 8-4 and come home and im still so tired. I try to make it to the gym but once i get home im to tired to do anything and nap till 10:00 at night then i wont go back to sleep til 12.

I am going to quit smoking on Monday...that is my day. I am going to use the patch, but I was wondering if there is a difference in how they work, Walgreens (generic) and the Nicoderm, or is there just difference in the price?

I have a couple of sex questions and being a good conservative, want to save points:

1. Vaginal noises.....sometimes when my wife and i are having sex, her vagina emits "gas" type sounds, or even a few seconds after we've climaxed, there is an outpouring of "gas" type sound. i've heard it referred to as a "quiffe" (sp?) but not sure why this happens....

2. shorts. are there shorts out there made for guys with a larger penis. i haven't worn briefs in years and boxer shorts are sometimes too short because my balls hang out. i wear the mid-length briefs a size larger to give me room and security. do they make mid-length boxers?

3. my wife got breast implants and her physician told her they would last about 10-15 years. she went from a B cup to a D cup...if she chooses to have them removed or the saline just leaks out and she gets flat chested...how can i mention my disappointment without upsetting her?

I have been using the ellipticle (with the moving skiing handles) for some time now, I do it for about 60-90 minutes, and I keep it at an intensity that feels like I'm running through knee-deep dense snow. My endurance seems to be going up, but does anyone know of any disadvantages of doing this instead of running (I'm trying to avoid the prolonged impact on my knees)?

I need to clerify that they have been living with him for 2 years. I live 6 blocks away. they chose to live with him as I am with my own mother and her home was not big enough for all of us. I don't know how to let their feelings out. They seem depressed and angry, also at their father. Especially my 14 yr old daughter. There was a time she never wanted top leave his side, now she is angry that he is sick and is tired of caring for him.

I have never really had sinus problems , since i quit smoking 2 months ago i keep getting them , I get them really really bad , to where the lymp nodds swell up on the back of my head , sore throat , blood red eyes , this is crazy , I cant keep paying 195 dollars to go to the doc everytime i get one , it would be cheaper to start smoking again , I dont have animals , i change my filter monthly , i dont allow cigarette smoke in my home , i dont understand why i keep catching them ..

My eyes are continuing to get worse. I am nearsighted and my left eye is worse than my right eye. I think it is called lazy eye?

What can I do to make my vision get close to 20/20? I discovered eye exercises today and wondered if they really worked. I heard of programs that are used to help improve vision GREATLY.

I probably can not buy those programs, but was wondering if anyone can give any eye exercises to help improve my vision. (Left eye is around 4+ while my right eye is around 2-3?)

Can anyone tell me more about eye exercises? Do i have to wear glasses or not when doing these exercises. I am only 14, and wish for better eyesight more than ANYTHING in the world.

I've heard that if a person only has one eye, he or she will have problems with depth perception and distance judgement. For example, not being able to tell which of three items is closest, next-closest, and farthest away.

However, if I close one eye and walk through the house, or even drive my car, I have NO trouble judging depth and distance of objects. Everything looks three-dimensional, and I can still tell what's closer or farther from me.

I'd guess that if you've had binocular vision (sight in both eyes) all your life, and then suddenly lose an eye, or sight in the eye, your brain "knows" how things should be and keeps compensating for it.

If my theory is right, that would explain why people who lose sight in one eye as adults are still allowed to drive cars, but people who've been blind in one eye since birth are NOT allowed to. (I know someone like that. She's never had sight in one of her eyes, so she's never driven).

I wondered how right or wrong I am? :)
