poopy ..i get awful shooting pains like contractions right through my butt until i go do the deed .. they are breathtakingly painful , not every time i need to go , but quite often ..Anyone ever had this or able to give me an explanation ??

I have been told by a friend that women, because of their natural build, have a harder time staying toned than men, especially around the abdominals. For example, a man who does not work out but has no extra fat will still have a flat stomach but a woman usually has to work to accomplish this whether or not she is thick or thin. Does this difference really exist, and if so what are the reasons behind it?

Do you need prescriptions to get sleeping pills from the pharmacy?
Which type would be most effective?
And how many would get you killed?

I need to get sleeping pills for a frd of mine whos lack of sleep is making him angry and violent. But I want to ensure that I buy the right type and the right quantity so he can't harm himself with it.

This pain as just started within the last month. I have pain in both hands in my sleep and this wakes me up. My hands also swell and sometimes it is hard to grip anything. Does anyone have the answer to this pain? Thank you.

I am currently looking into purchasing an elliptical machine and doing some research online. I want to spend between $500 and $800. Some online reviews have good things to say about the Nordictrack CX series, the 938, and 1050 and the 1055. Does anyone have any opinions on these or any other ellipticals in my price range?

About 2 months ago, I bit down on a potato chip and broke off about 1/3 of my left upper molar. There is a good sized "hole", and it looks grayish in color. (I snuck a peek with a little mirror) It only hurts every once in a while, but when it hurts, it hurts bad!! I have no insurance, and there is no way I can afford more than maybe $25 a month as a payment. Any suggestions??

The information I've been reading recently indicates that in order to burn fat most efficiently, one should keep the heart rate at a lower level than for cardio exercise. The calculation I've got is 220 minus the age (33) multiplied by 55% and 65% to give the appropriate range for optimal fat burning. This gives me a range of 103 to 122 bpm. That seems low. Does anybody know whether this is correct or if there is another, more exact calculation?

I've never had this condition before, but now it's persistant for 3 weeks. I thought i just had a cough, but my boss suggested that it is post-nasal drip? The more I read up on it, the more I realized it is.

how can i feel so alone? i mean i know i am not but i cant help but feel that way i mean i have been through more in my 18 yrs that a lot of others cant even immagine. hope no one ever goesthrough what i have i lost my father 2 yrs a go i have had eating disorders i mean i was bulemic and i lost 40 lbs then i was hospitilized for suicide and i gained some back then i went home and was made fun of school was even worse so i looked to food as my comfort now i am back where i started. then my best friend died that was bad. i went to therepy and i was diagnosed with skitzophrenia, depression and antisocial personality disorder i mean i am not lying either i thought the entire world was against me i stll do but i am not sure what to do anymore i am so lost. i mean i feel like i am in a world here i dont belong i feel like an outsider i feel lost in a crowd of strangers yet i ahve known them my whole life i am so lost snd confused i have no 1 else to talk to so i am asking you what do i do

He has an MRI of the C – spine, which showed osteoarthritis. His ejection fraction is 63%, and chest x-ray is negative. Echocardiogram showed a small mitral regurgitation.
