neither, if you read the fine print it probably say you must also diet and exercise. Over the counter diet aides usually don5t work. You may lose some water. Prescription diet pills do work. Think about it...wed all be thin if over the counter stuff really worked. Who wants to go to the gym everyday!!!

all of them are rip-offs to me. the best way to lose weight is to just exercises and eat right. some pill or patch cant do that.

before i read this question, i knew what my answer would be.
DIETING PILLS ARE A SCAM AND IN CHEMICAL TESTS MOST ARE FOUND TO BE DIURETICS OR JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING.
eat smaller portions. stick to your reccomended calorie allowance. you'll be fine.
