Don't nap I know this is tough and will be very tired , but if you don't nap get to bed eary if you can at a good time you"ll be getting enough sleep and may not be waking up so tired in the morning. The later you go to bed at night the more tired you are going to be in the morning and if you have a nap before it will be worse and also may be very low in iron may need to eat a lot more of iron rich foods for your blood only suggestions and if in doubt see your local doctor good luck Gianina.

Obese?!?!?! You make me sick. There are many reasons this person could be tired and all you can say is are you obese?!?!?! Maybe jerks like the person above me are making the person who asked the question depressed therefore leading to depression and other things THAT COULD cause a person to become obese. Did you think of that huh?

Really you need to talk to your doctor. It could be a simple fix like raising your melatonin or an early warning sign of something very serious.

Could be a lot of things...

Depression
poor eating habits
lack of exercise (although you say you go to the gym)

Best bet is to talk to a dr.

Could be loads of things - see a doctor.

Two things to check out in the meantime: are you getting enough carbohydrate and protein in your diet?
