can you gain and retain alot of water during your monthly cycle?i have been working out alot, watching my food intake and it came arround and i gained but last night i took a water pill and that weight that my scales said i gained was gone , so i am wondering if the water retention could be because of this?

Yes. It's totally normal to gain up to 5 pounds during your period. It's mostly water, and it will go away afterward. No big deal. :)

Yes, I tend to start retaining water about one to two days prior to my period, I gain about 4-5 pounds and a day after my period, that generally goes away. Don't fret about this weight, as your body is keeping more fluids in your body for a reason. Your period uses up a lot of energy and your body is just trying to prepare itself.

yes, most women get bloated during their monthly cycle causing weight gain. This water weight can be helped by taking midol.

yes but after that you have to diet for reduce the wait and do sex more and more after the monthly

do sex twice in day
