By far the best thing to take is Vitamin C, about 500mg a day will make ahuge difference. Zinc is a good immune system booster, odourless Garlic tablets will help and also Echinachea.

I have just started taking pro biotics and omega 3-6-9 to boost my immune system. Get plenty of sleep and eat a well balanced diet with lots of fruit, whole grains, fish and mild products. You can buy pro biotics at any pharmacy or health food store. The best ones are always kept in a refridgerated compartment. Good luck and good health to you.

I would like more info. Why do you think you need to improve your immune system?

Are you getting frequent colds? Do you have some illness? Are you tired and sluggish and you think your IS is responsible?

The best overall thing it to take a multi vit/mineral supp. But more importantly, you must eat right! Just like mom says, eat your veggies, a little fruit, good protein and most importantly--NO SUGAR!

It wreaks havoc on your system in the long run.

Blueberries, raspberries, pomegranates, tomatoes and broccoli(cooked), flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberry extract, chillis and garlic with onion(pheww!), folic acid tabs., magnesium tabs.,

Well, that's a start , anyway! See you in 100 years!

Give it a work out. Get out and about & mix with people. Immune systems only build up immunities to virus' and bacteria that they experience. An old wives tale; "You'll eat a peck of dirt before you die", its founded on truth.

Take a multi vitamin everyday. You can also take an extra C vitamin as well.

Ester-C is a good C vitamin. This is not an illegal drug it is a real vitamin that you can get from the pharmacy.

Best of health to ya!

Get rid of candida, it lives in your intestines & also colon plaque will be there too. Eat raw organic stuff also or add some raw food to your cooked food (without cooking the raw food).
