Health - 16 January 2007

I often eat breakfast ceral, such as Special K or Kashi GoLean, for dinner. Is that bad, considering I am trying to lose weight? I know your supposed to eat the majority of carbs earlier in the day, but sometimes the cereal box just looks so tempting. =] Will eating like that ruin my diet?

i just started a vitamin one a day thing! How long will it take for me to notice myself being more healthier!
I gave up smoking and am in a new proactive approach on my life overall with health and enjoyment all that good stuff!
Just wanted to know what i should see by taking vitamins as requested by doctor!

Recently I have had an operation to remove my foreskin - I forget the name as my English is very poor. Basically the problem was that I had an overhanging length of skin that was pulled down by gravity and then rubbed on my pants causing a rash and eventually an infection. However now this 3 inchs of skin has gone, my penis is looking rather small, i measure it to be 3.5 inches when errect and im very worried that this wil hinder my chances of getting an asian girlfriend. please please give me advice on any surgical procedures i can take to help my penis gain length.

Some bumps with fluid are coming out on my right foot on the inside right where my foot arches. When I touch them they hurt, not painfully though. They have been coming and going for years however I have ignored them. I remember once when I fell and had to receive a tetanus shot for my wound it seems the shot help the bumps not appear for quite sometime (months). I also remember when I was 12 I receive a real nasty cut right where the bumps are coming up, back I didn't get proper treatment for it more than some at home medicine was applied to the wound; the wound wasn't stiched so it healed on its own.

Now the bumps seem to be reappearing with much more freqency. When they heal they usually dry out and then the skin gets dark and then flakes off, then several other new bumps appear on my foot. I know I need to see the doctor ASAP, but can someone tell me what's wrong?

My friend is due on April 18th and her doctor prescribed her percasets and I want to know if they are safe to take while pregnant? she hasnt taken any yet, but they are 325 mg and she is supposed to take them 4 times a day. if they are not same what is safe for gal stones?

A little over a year ago, I started living with my boyfriend, who is on hormone therapy. He rubs testosterone cream onto his skin, or occasionally injects testosterone into his hip. A few months after we started sharing a bed, I noticed my body hair was growing in thicker and darker, and I was getting more of it, especially on the fronts of my thighs, the line from my navel to my crotch, and a bit on my upper lip. I'm a pale-skinned blonde, so it was surprising to suddenly start growing black body-hair.

Could it be his T is rubbing off on me? I couldn't think of another reason I would be suddenly growing more hair. I saw a doctor, and she said my testosterone levels were quite high. Is it just my body putting out a lot of testosterone, or has his affected my body? If my hair-growth is because of testosterone, will it go away after I get more estrogen? Is there anything I can do to counter-act it?

For the past month or so, my mother and I have had upset stomachs. I'm wondering if it's something in our house, because we went to Florida for two weeks and while we were down there, the symptoms went away completely. When we returned, so did our upset stomachs. We also notice a significant improvement when we leave the house at all. We have thought of possible causes, such as the water. I drank from my fridge and noticed mold accumulating around the spout. I switched to tap but have felt no improvement. I'm going to try bottled water next. We were told that CO or radon could be a possibility, but our CO detector never goes off (I just tested it) and we have two other people living with us who feel just fine. Could there be an allergen or toxin in our house that my mother and I are more sensitive to than my father and sister? I would appreciate an answer from someone who has some degree of medical credibility. Thank you.
