You cannot lose your appetite ,it is a healthy part of Mother Nature and part of the human instinct to survive.If you are concerned about your weight, there is no other way but to maintain a healthy diet programme.Eat plenty of fruit,salads,wholemeal bread,cereals,vegetables,half fat cheese,soup that has been home made,fresh water,herb teas,eat small meals 3 times a day do not snack in between and maintain your willpower.Lindsay.

Drink black coffee,
I went from a UK 22 to a 12 by doing just that,
Have a cup in the morning cos it kick starts your matabolism, and one when you feel hunger pangs,
Make sure that you eat regular meals say at lunch and t-time.

I find I eat less on days that I work out at the gym for an hour. This kills two birds with one stone - burning calories while discouraging their consumption. Besides, working out is good for you anyway.

try drinking loads of water and eat an apple before a meal and it fills you up! also try chewing your food more and at your meals slower this helps...good luck!

loose is like loose-fit jeans

coffee will stump the appetite
also, lots of fiborous foods

try drinking water each time you think ur hungry thirsty is commonly mistaken as hunger, make urself active most of the time,dont make food ur friend
