No, its slightly higher than you really want, but the again it would depend when it was taken. If its fasting its not too bad;

I am diabetic myself, so I battle with this all the time. To give a little perspective here, a non-diabetic person would typically have a blood sugar level of around 80-120. So, is 120-130 in the danger area? The answer is emphatically NO. A mere 10 points in this frame of reference is very little.
Having said that, 120 is really the top end of what is generally accepted as being OK. Beyond 120 and you really should make some effort to get it lower. Don't listen to the health nazis who will tell you that you have to be at 80 to be healthy - that's just a load of baloney.

I assume you are diabetic. These are good fasting levels. My goal is 120 and the apex three hours after a meal should not be more than 100 points above the fasting level.

You really should see an endocrinologist and set the limits that are good for you. Everyone is different.
Also try a diabetes education class and see a dietitian to work on what foods are best for you.

No, but this is elevated. A normal fasting blood sugar is 105 or less. Have your doctor do a test called an HGBA1c, and it you are becoming a diabetic this test will be elevated and out of a normal range. This test is not a fasting thest but the sugar should have been fasting.

No it's a little high and should be checked out by your Doctor or Caregiver. Make an appointment and get it done.
