i have been waiting for 3 days now and my tooth did come out.

Like Denny Crane, the Tooth Fairy has been put on the "No Fly List" by the Department of Homeland Security. It seems they found out that she has not declared a country of origin and does not carry a valid passport. She was escorted out of the sky by F-15 fighter jets as she was coming south from Manitoba into the US and has sadly been detained "for questioning" for the past three days. Hopefully, like Denny Crane, she will get the whole misunderstanding cleared up soon and she will be able to return to her appointed duties. Children everywhere are in great distress over this.

Well, for starters your parents must be notified before the tooth fairy can come. your parents give the word to the tooth fairy and then she comes. I am not sure why it happens this way, ask your mother or father.
