My guy an i have sex but he dosent last very long an i dont get sadisfied any tips????

You train him by bringing him to the brink and then stopping before he does. You do this exercise enough times and eventually he will start lasting. He has to care enough to want to go through that though.

1. either your very very good at doing that or 2. some guys just dont last very long at all... it could be the way that you are actualy doing things, like positions and what not. Some ways do feel better than others to guys and thats what makes them not last as long. Generally speaking, a guy knows when he is about to finish so it could be a matter of slowing down and recouping just like taking a breath when running. Another thing you might try is to do it 2 times in a row. The first as a quikie then the second time normally lasts a lot longer. It really all depends on a variety of things but there are many solutions. Also try some of those creams that are supposed to prolong sex (I have never tried any but it is a possibility that it could work). Hope you find these little tips helpful.

To help you out on your getting off problem try some foreplay before actually having sex, such as; him going down on you(probably the best idea), fingers, toys, videos and so on. Don't worry he will start lasting longer with time, before you know it he will last so long you will want him to stop. If you want to speed things up have him start masturbating a lot. The more he gets off the more stamina he builds.

work with him on it... have him play with you more before he inserts into you and then have him switch positions, that way he has to pull out... hopefully that will make it better for you and make him last longer
