I had fractured my arm in three places and I heard from a lot of athletes that there is something in honey that repairs your body. I was back to normal in no time and hardly had any pain. So try eating honey (maybe on toast if you can't eat it out of the bottle) Also try rubbing some mineral ice on the area. You can find it at any drug store in a blue little plastic jar. Just be sure to rub it in to the skin.

Not heard of any food that helps, try a tens machine or a hot water bottle, these are only temporary relief, not said what is causing your back problems, try getting it checked out at the Dr's physio might help.

Not smoking
Adequate water
A good healthy balanced diet. Avoid heavy meals that leave you bloated.
Gucosamine 1000 - 1500mg a day. Should cost about £30 for a years supply
I'm a chiropractor so obviously that's what I would recommend. Try a McTimoney Chiropropractor if there's one in your area and go occassionaly when it's not at it's worst, not just for pain relief.

The dog can do fine on the kitten food, though it may make him fat. But the kitten can't do well on dog food. It lacks certain things, such as taurine, that cats need, and it isn't high enough in protein for a cat. Dogs are omnivores -- they can eat and digest both meat and plant material. Cats are obligatory carnivores, meaning they must eat meat and cannot digest or metabolize plant material. Plus kittens need the extra calcium and vitamins that are in kitten food, to grow and develop properly.

I find sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps as it relines the spine and takes the pressure off your hips also a Hot water bottle soothes the pain really well

The only thing that worked for me when I had a damaged coccyx was a small portable tens machine. It was very discreet and the chemist let me try it before I bought it. It cost around £80.

You put the pads on the point of pain and you receive small electrical pulses that help to ease it.

The little machine clips onto your pocket or belt, you can turn it up and down depending on how much relief you require.

Hope that helps

I suffer with back pain constantly. If there's any food that is helpful, I am not aware of it or I would have bought ALL of it and pigged out.
