I have chronic shoulder pain in my right shoulder, near the rotator cuff. Nothing is torn so no surgery is required, but there is constant low-grade pain whenever I put the least amount of stress on it. I recently started weight training, and am doing fairly heavy weights... This activity has neither helped nor worsened the condition so far, but the pain is starting to limit my progress in the gym. Should I consider cortisone shots?

about 3 years ago i hit my head when falling and i have a scar on my head, now in that spot no hair grows? will it ever grow back or will everytime i get a haircut it look like the barber messed my hair-dew? ANYTHING I CAN DO???

Ok ladies, enlighten me. I have a female friend who is pms-ing and whenever she does, she gets kind of out of it, mentally... she can't pay attention at all, her short term memory goes on vacation and she can't remember what she heard five minutes ago, or 2 weeks ago, she gets confused and disoriented easily, etc.

Does PMS affect other women the same way? Is this normal?

This sounds stupid but I keep falling over - I dont drink so I am not drunk.

I have fallen over twice in the last fortnight and have hurt my shoulder both. I am wonderign why this is happening could it be my ears or something?

idk if its a syndrome but i think i have it. in my heart i know that i never did/say/hear things but in my head its saying that i did. usually it comes from dreams and then i wake up and think that i have had it actually happen.
for example i had a dream that i was raped and now it feels like i actually was. i cant go around any guy w/out freaking out or have anybody touch me w/out getting vivid images of what "happened".
idk what to do but im too ashamed to talk about it with anyone.
what do i do?

I want to lose 20-40lbs before may 19. I do 30 crunches, 12 pushups, and 15 leg lifts. What else can I do to lose my tummy, upper arms, and thighs?

I dont really eat breakfast... or lunch, but I am going to start eating:
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and an apple
Lunch I need help with.. and an orange
supper: is like hamburger helper and steak mash pot. and veg. and stuff like that..

is that a bad diet? and for a snack eat boiled eggs and fruit?

I need some excersises and something to eat for lunch that is healthy and is my diet okay??

6 years ago, I was with a friend at a party, and I got very drunk, expecting that she'd be there to drive me. But she left me there, where I only knew a few people, one of them being a guy I knew in high school, who was(I thought) a friend. I passed out, and woke up beside him. I never had any interest in him before, and he didn't use a condom, which I know if I'd been awake for it I would have made him use because I'm not on BC. I wound up being in a part of town I'm not familiar with and had no money for cab or bus since I'd left my purse in my friend's car. I tried calling my friend but she was sleeping and her step-mom wouldn't wake her up. I had to sit in his house with his room mates making fun of me until I could get someone to pick me up.
It was so long ago, and I didn't do the smart thing and press charges, and I don't even think he lives in the city anymore. I was an alcoholic at the time, and for 2 years after. I'm on the road to recovery and want to forget this, pls help!

I've tried a couple different brands but they seemed really thick. They moved on my eyes and it was irriating, so they didn't work out. Also I found the prescription wasn't quite strong enough either. I would like to find some good multi-day contacts since they are supposed to be more breathable. I work in front of a computer all day, so breathability would be nice. I'd take them out every night though to give my eyes a break.

My friend Ed who is 35 and whom I have known since 1992 has changed dramatically to the point I dont even talk to him anymore. He has a major drinking problem as he is at the bar at least 5 out 7 days a week. He has major health problems and gout. He also doesnt have a good relationship with his family as both parents are dead. He has been getting involved with this 22 year old trailor trash crack whore stripper who is a drug user and has spent time in jail. She treats him as her sugar daddy but he cant leave he as he has no self confidence to find Has my friend hit rock bottom?another woman. Now he says she had a baby and he says it could be his. The baby is 2 months old and he hasnt got a DNA test. Now, is Ed lying to me about the baby being his? He said she was having sex with 3 other guys regularly besides him. my boyfriend told me today that he is having pain around his kidneys (lower back) at first he thought he had a bladder infection but i told him the symptoms of a bladder infection and he said that wasnt it. He just has pain near his kidneys around his lower back...he called for a doctor appt and is going later, but I am just wondering what could be the cause of his pain?
