You feel like that because it is a poison - your body is telling you what your mind is refusing to acknowledge - listen to it and listen really well. It's important to rest and rehydrate to help your body heal, so drink plenty of fluids and don't do anything too strenuous (as if you could.)
There is no way to eliminate the drug more quickly - the same with alcohol - the liver works hard to detoxify your blood and goes as fast as it can. Just because you hate the after effects doesn't mean the liver is able to work any faster - it can't. Oh and by the way, if you continue doing (overdoing) it I can guarantee that you will feel worse and worse each time. I'm not just saying that, I'm speaking from experience and all the people I know who are recovering say it too. Those first few enjoyable pain free times will never come back - that's a promise.
Do your self a favour and find other ways to have fun - you might think they are not as exciting but believe me nothing is less fun than getting over a serious drug habit (if you don't kill yourself first that is.) Stop while you're ahead. Take care.

Because your heart has been on full force and they put a lot of chemicals in that stuff to make it.The chemicals make you feel bad, so you'll want that feel good high again. How else do you think you get addicted so fast?Sooner or later the impurities have to come out of your body, usually thru your pores, look at the ones that have been addicted for a long time those sores are the body saying it is tired. This is sad, Meth cost me a husband of 25 years,,,,,,

Just lay in bed with the blinds closed.

The rule with meth is the rule with most drugs.... Either don't start, or don't stop.

Try to drink alot of water and eat some sugary foods too, now. If you can get a joint I would.

Better luck next time.

Stop using it. Do you have control over where your Meth is made ? Do you know statistically it will kill you in the end. You feel bad because it is bad for you.

do you know what that crap is made out of? everything in it will KILL you if taken by itself, and that's only one reason you feel so bad. Another reason is it's nothing but chemicals and what do you think your brain is?...a chemical BALANCE and when you use other chemicals, you cause a chemical IMBALANCE, therefore, you feel like crap. There is nothing you can do to speed up the process of feeling better, sorry.
