I'd like to get back to my routine, but I was sick with the stomach flu for 2 days, just this week.

You wouldn't want to toss your cookies at the gym...how embarrassing. Test your body at home first. If you feel ok after some activity at home with no ill effects, then take it to the gym!

Hope you feel better.

This is some information I retrived on the FLU.Flu viruses spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose. Most healthy adults may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symptoms develop and up to 5 days after becoming sick. That means that you may be able to pass on the flu to someone else before you know you are sick, as well as while you are sick. So your best bet to make sure you do not pass it on is to make sure you are completly symptom free and fever free for at least 48 hours.

If you feel better and comfortable about returning, fine, but take it easy when you do. Don't rush your work out or try to do too much, only what your comfortable with. You should no longer be contagious so you will not be infecting anyone else, but besure to wipe off the equipment after using to be on safe side.
