im on day 4 of my period and its quite heavy but now i am getting biggish clots with it,i went to the doctor and she has gave me some tranexamic acid,does anyone know if its good and how long it takes to work,and has anyone else had periods heavy and clotty like mine on the forth day onwards

...for about 5 hrs. I couldn't retain water and was throwing up bile (i looked it up-that yellow stuff) for a long time. I stuck it out and felt better by night but am concerned I may have caused damage elsewhere in my body. Do you know the aftermath of such? Please explain how it affects my body in the short and long term. It's the day after and I feel like crap still.

I always end up haivng one or two hairs on my face I missed after shaving, so I went out and bought some clean and clear deep pore cleanser and some bacterial control face wash. then my mom ended up buying me some olay 4 in 1 cleanser facial wipes. well, so far, they have been working but last night I was out late-even though I spent the whole night at someone house-I forgot to wash before I went to bed. I have been having these problems with shaving even though I bought all this stuff, I am now getting these white dots after I shave under my nose. how do I get rid of those and get rid of my present zits and deep cleanse my pores and get rid of some sun damage? I know it seems like a big mess,b/c well it is. anything relatively cheap will do. maybe something found at walmart or one of those whole food stores. but under $30 if possible. thanks.

I am a bit young, but my mother went through it in her thirties. Just over the past few months, i feel so different, my body. I get insomnia, throbbing boobs, all the time, weight gain, burst in to tears for nothing, women probs (too personal, but seen doc) lots of migraine headaches, terrible mood swings, look tired, negative thoughts, make me cry, bad dreams, always cold, swollen abdomen, fluid retention, cramps in legs, heavy periods. I AM FAR FROM OVERWEIGHT BECAUSE I DO DIET AND EXERCISE BUT MY HUNGER IS UNBELIEVABLE. My fiance and I have been not getting along for a bit now after the arrival of our baby and starting a new biz. He works really hard everyday. I stay at home with the baby and work on the biz for us. Things have been really stressful. One night after I had left with the baby (after a big fight) I came later that eve to find out my fiance and his friend hired a stripper to come to our house. I walked in on the three of them - everyone had clothes on. She was so Fugly. Stripper had a suitcase with her. What?? Fiance was very drunk. He seemed resigned and sad when I asked him if this was what he was throwing his family away for. I'm sure the stripper was his loser friend's idea. He's like that. I have always trusted my fiance except for lately - he was being evasive and unhappy with me and I caught him in a lie about talking to a girl from his past (which turned out to be innocent (I talked to her).) Was he just blowing off steam? Or was he going to have sex with the stripper? What's up?

Okay so I have a pimple/zit on my face. Its one with a white head. the thing is , usually they are right under the skin. this one seems to be under an extra layre. I dont know where!.
