None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.

Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.

That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.

Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.

Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.

These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

Sorry for the nasty smart *** people on here. There was just an article on yahoo about FDA? I think is fining makers of diet pills for false advertisement - included were Trim Spa/Xenadrine/Cortislim. Honestly, join Weight Watchers - it really works and you don't have to buy special food if you don't want to. That is the best plan I've ever done and when I did it it worked great - I fell off the wagon 3 times -but just rejoined again and am determined to stick with it. It's a lifestyle change...don't think of it as a diet - you have to change the way you eat - and also exercise - even if it's just walking. Good Luck!

This information is based on Australia, however, may be similar to your country. Yes, you can get medication over the counter from the chemist which is call Xenical. That is a Pharmacist only medicine and thus need to be seriously considered by the pharmacist. You are only allowed to be on Xenical if you are actually obese thus saying the BMI is over 30 or the pharmacist may just prescribe it to you if you are just around 27. This medication prevents the absorption of fats from your diet. The other will be prescription only medication and they will only be available if you get it prescribed by the doctor. It is call Duromine, what it does it is suppress your appetite. And of course, it is used only in obese patient. If you are just overweight, the best thing you should do is go on the detox program which u can buy a set at the pharmacy or use the meal replacement programs available at almost all pharmacy in Australia.

Well instead of suppressing your appetite why don't you eat smaller meals throughout the day? Keep carrot sticks and celery sticks with you and snack on them when you're hungry. It'll keep your hunger down, and it'll speed up your metabolism. Do you eat because you're hungry or because you're bored? Keep a food journal and write down what you eat, when you eat and how you feel when you eat. You might realize that you're just eating because you're bored or stressed. I don't like diet pills, they kind of scare me.

Are you eating enough? try eating 5-6 small meals a day, high protien (low fat dairy, eggs, chicken), energy bars and protien shakes. after you start this the best pill i have found is "lipodrene", it will boost your metabolism and give you tons of energy. I found it works best when you take it one hour before hitting the gym. If you go to amazon.com they should have the pills. ( the yellow ones, not the black) hopw this helps!

If you notice on all of the diet pill commercials it says, "sensible diet and exercise is a must when taking this pill". duh that alone will help you lose weight!!!!! No pills, just eat right and exercise consistently and be patient you will see the weight roll off!! Pills only cause health problems in the long run in my opinion.

i wouldn't recommend any diet pills...they are all the same, and most of them, if not all...are unhealthy. if i were you i'd try eating yogurt and jello, water and milk for 2 weeks. but for 2 meals a day. and if you are still hungry after that...try a meal supplement shake (not slimfast) ...it works

Stop using diet pills.

Eat more fresh, raw fruits and vegetables.

Work WITH your body instead of AGAINST it.

Drink when you are thirsty, eat when you are hungry, sleep when you are tired.

Just eat natural foods.
