Yes I am a female who asked this question earlier about my man who has had this problem for over 20 years, has gone to dr with no help and was just wondering if anyone out there had heard of this before. And for all of you who answered with a smart *** remark can all kiss mine.

The pain is in his lower stomach area. He said its like a charlie horse. The pain doubles him over, but only last 3 to 5 minutes. He is not even finished with ejaculation when it starts. He has had this a long time and its been prob. 9 years since seeing a dr. I however have been in his life for 5 years and am sick and tied of him having to suffer with pain. He is not all that interested in seeing dr's again as it is embarassing to him, but I want it fixed and he would go if I could at least find a good place to start. Just going to a reg. dr. is out of the question to him. I want to know what kind of dr. can help.

is the pain in the tip or penis? the shaft? or down in the testicles? each one could be a different potential problem...

sometimes i masturbate long and hard for an hour. then go right at it again after i ejaculate.. it will eventually get painful after the second ejaculation.. but it only lasts a few minutes.. and the pain is quite minor..

if the pain is long and serious, i'm amazed the doctors aren't taking it serious. has he been tested for STDs?

does his semen appear normal? is there any blood when he ejaculates or pees?

It's very unlikely to be an STD, other infection or reaction if he's had it for 20 years. He'd be in worse shape than that by now. It's also very unlikely to be cancer because of the time passed. Try this:

worked for me.

"Pain with sexual intercourse or ejaculation may be caused by an infection, stress, an allergic reaction to a contraceptive, or sores from an STD."
