Hey Lex, everybody feels like this sometimes, it's probably true in many ways but there are great things in life too. Be thankful for what you have got that you hold dear, downers are shite but things will get better. Lots of people feel low at the new year, but the world is your oyster and only you can change your situation if you want to, sky's the limit - cliche, cliche, cliche....hope you feel better soon x

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..
But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Just answered your other question! No, I think that work can be really good and really rewarding. I just get on with it and ignore all the ******* antics of my colleagues. Don't be on a downer. Change your job if needs be. There are jobs out that that might pay **** money but which are really good to do.

sorry. it can. it depends on which part of the horse you ride on. if you choose to ride on top it is fun and adventurous. if you choose to ride under the belly, you cant tell where you are going and bound to get kicked alot. we all have the endless persuit.... and sometimes i find myself with those symptoms but when I decide to modify my outlook it is the best feeling. hope it helps.
