Why does every one say FAST!!!! Did you gain that weight FAST!!! lol Come on now, be realistic. The heatlhiest and fastest way for you to loose weight is maybe 10 lbs a month.
What kind of a strict eating regiment are you on. How many calories can you take in. You know you gotta eat to excercise properly. And eat properly to loose weight.

I reccomend that you get on a calorie based plan. As for workout
Find what works out for you. Do a variety of excercises. Exp:
Monday: Cardio: High Intensity: Jogging, Sprinting, Fast Paced Walking, Lunges
Tuesday: Toning:Low Intensity: Lunges, Squats, Hydrants and Leg Lifts: light jog
Wednesday: Cardio: HIgh Intensity: Any kind of sport: Tennis/Swimming: Finish off with sprints and lunges.
Thursday: Toning: Very Low Intensity: Pilates Excercises or LIght Stretching:jog
Focus on your problem areas and dowhat you enjoy. Find people to work out with too.

I have yet to find a vegetarian who is overweight. Not that I am looking for an overweight vegetarian, but I think it is interesting to note :-) Keep in mind that the faster you lose weight without changing your eating habits (cf diets of all shapes and sizes), the faster it will come back again - with interest. *) Fast food should be avoided. *) Diets almost never work. *) Changing your eating habits will work in the long term. *) I believe that stress is an excellent method to gain weight quickly. If you have 3-4 months to lose the weight, and we are not talking about a massive amount of weight, then you should have no problems at all. Just stay positive, and concentrate on feeling healthy and being healthy. There is something that could help you lose weight and keep it off, but since advertising specific products on Y!Answers is frowned upon, you can contact me if you want some more info. :-)

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio......Water, Water, Water... for real, seriously. Walk, Run, Jump, Skip, Cycle, get those feet moving and that heart pumping and drink plenty of water. Eat healthy snacks....fruits, veggies.... lay off the chips and carbonated beverage. Nothing comes easy! You don't want to lose to fast. A healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more would not be wise from a health perspective.

Sometimes when you first start out you may lose 3 or 4...but on an avg. it should maintain a steady 2lbs. at the most per week at the most.

Well this might help you with your problem, because it helped me and helped many others. Drink alot of water, it's great for the body and it refreshes it. Eat the foods on the food pyramid, eat only when you are hungry. Be active, run, do crunches, lift weights, play a sport, anything that is very active. Excersise morning and night. Have a day to rest the body. Don't push yourself too hard. Your body will get into great shape.

Eat better. Move More.

Low carbs, some good fats, lots proteins, fruits and vegetable.

Eat your carbs in the morning and taper off for the rest of the day.
The more carbs you eat, the hungrier and cravier you will be. Peak and low effect.

Protein will help you fend off hunger.

Eat snacks with protein( am, pm, evening), you will eat less for your meals.

Train 4 times a week. Meet with a trainer (40$). Explain them your goals, they will develop a training program made for you.

It is not a diet but a lifestyle change, meaning you will still have to train for the rest of your life.

i am challenging u try this out u will lose ur weight fastly .
the method is very simple u had to first learn the way of Muslims do their pray five times a day.
Basically its a kind of exercise very simple very good instead of religious point of view
ask any muslim nearby to u to show u the way they pray any "Nimaz" and she or he will perform a kind of exercise keep that all in ur mind and try this five times a day
i ensure u the best way i is this which i also got from someother person and it in reality works out without any medication without any hesitation and without any time problem. just gave ur body 10 min five times a day
Be healthy and spent ur life with smart looks
