Eat about three servings per day of very cheap protein powder, along with as many helpings of eggs and baked beans as you can tolerate.
Wash everything down with sugar-packed fizzy drinks, and unless you have a digestive system that could rival an industrial waste disposal unit, you should be well on your way to becoming a disgusting smelly git.
Type "protein+farts" into pretty much any search engine, and you should be able to read a few 'customer testimonials' of the foundation of this recipe; the additional ingredients are based on my own personal experience.
Happy chuffing, mate!

Use the toot diffuser, it changes the noise of gaseous emissions into the sounds of a cell phone ringing. So now every time you let one out, people will think you are popular. Especially with the walking farts.

Well, for loud you need a lot of gas so carbonated drinks (ones with little bubbles in), beans and pulses. For stinky you need an imbalanced digestive system (so eat crap) or foods which contain natural odours like onions or garlic.
I feel sorry for your friends and family
good luck ;-)

You used to be able to get sulphur tablets from the chemist for boils. I don't know if they still sell them, eggs and charcoal tablets might work. But Sulphur tablets are just like stink bombs!

Beans. Beans that have been bought dry, have not be soaked or washed, and are boiled to soft in their own juices. Don't wash them, just eat them down. You'll rip so hard it hurts!!
