284 calories for the chicken breast... I'm not sure if they mean both breasts or just one of the breasts though. One thing you can do is next time you go to the store and buy them, look on the back of the package and it should tell you how many calories per breast.

No idea on the baby carrots. Buy a kitchen scale. They aren't expensive.

In a 3oz portion (the size of a deck of cards) of boneless skinless chicken there will be about 105 calories based on the Perdue website. Most packages indicate the calories for a 4oz piece at 140 calories--I did the math for 3oz because that is the current dietary guidelines recommended size for chicken servings.
1/9/07 A little more info--(From the website I put in the sources section)--Calorie King says the national average for one boneless skinless breast across all brands is 130 calories (the website lists it as half a breast--this does not mean half a serving-rather a single breast, not both sides of the breast meat)

As for the carrots I think about 10 baby carrots equals 3 oz--based on the nutrition facts from a package. But this could vary widely--you might want to check it on a food scale. I know sometimes I get a bag with really little or really big baby carrots.
