every night i do at least 300 crunches with 200 sit ups. i also do lift legs many many times. but the thing is, i don't feel too much pressure on abdominal area. i also run a mile 5 times a week, roller skate, and lift weights 3-4 times a week. (not for too long tho)
i was just wondering, would these work outs get me the results of a six pck stomach? if not, what else do i have to do?

i have braces and an overbite..it wont seem to go away ..ive had braces for 3 years now and i still have an overbite..my ortho assistant said they have to slightly bring down my upper teeth!? (dont get it)
ohh and when i close my mouth theirs a bump on my chin..what is that called?? (ok i have it because of my overbite)

Every night between 12 and 3 i get up 3 or 4 times sometimes more and snack. whether its a couple of crackers, or a cookie, handful of chips or cereal, i cant seem to stop. ive tried sleep aids but they only last a few hours then im up and in the kitchen. any suggestions on how to stop eating at such odd hours of the night?

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection yesterday. I am having the most awful pain. The worst is in my right ear but my throat, face, and nose on the right side of my face are in excruciating, agonizing pain.

Sleeping hurts, eating is the worst, when I swallow, it feels like someone is kicking me in the head...

Is there anything I can do to relieve this?

I've tried OTC pain killers, they all work for about 2 hours or so and it keeps getting worse!

Okay, so I really can't fill into a bra, (still growing), but I do need some support, so I wear a cami (camisole). I heard that wearing a bra when you sleep isn't good for chest growth, is it the same thing with cami's? They aren't even that tigt and I am so used to it, I can't really feel the different between a tank top and a cami when I am wearing them.

I feel an uncontrollable muscle closing in my penis, The muscle used to hold in urine.

Also, after I ejaculate, a long stretchy substance comes out, that looks a little like semen, but is more stretchy.

I have never had sex, so it cant be an STD.

I was playing the game and my dad barged into my room and said that i'm watching the kids, my mother didn't feel well. She said she felt "odd" and cried a little. They went off to the emergency room a few hours ago. Before that she was perfectly fine. Just complained about being hungry since she hasn't ate in hours.

What could be wrong?? I was thinking that she got hit with the flu but i'm not sure. Really nervous.. and anxious.

I know when I was in school I got teased every day! Only because I didn't have anything. We where poor. I can remember being very angry. I myself use to think about how could it would feel to get back at those kids! Of course its not anything I acted on. But I can remember having an unreal hatred towards them. I'm not sure if the mockery is what triggers students to become this way. But I know how it made me feel!

Someone told me I cannot go buy just any iron supplement because it might be harmful.

I had my blood tested, and all I know is I'm anemic. I don't know how bad it is though. My friend told me I need to know the exact values of my blood (I don't know what those values are called) before I can go get iron supplement.

I am 14 and a male. I have never had sex.

I get a wierd feeling in my penis, like holding in urine, but it comes in short muscle contractions, and uncontrollable.

Also, after I ejaculate, a stretchey, rubbery-like substance comes out of the tip. Its not a lot, but it frightens me.

It cannot be an STD, I am a virgin.

okay so i have nearsightedness and astigmatism. my nearsightedness was progressing kinda fast so my doc put me on bifocal contacts to slow it down. the only problem is my astigmatism. at first it didnt bother me. but now in school and stuff and on the road its kinda hard to see stuff and i still strain even with contacts on. my mom took me to the doc to find a solution but that was when my astigmatism wasnt as bad so my doc sed jus dont mind it. he also said that bifocal toric contacts are sooo costly and inconvenient. im only 13. underage for lasik so dont say get lasik. only serious answers please
