well what can i do to make my boobs grow?and does wearing a bra like stop them from growing?

Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do to make your boobs grow. They'll grow when they're good and ready. And some day you may wish they weren't so big at all!
Until I was 15 I was "so flat the walls were jealous". Then I started gaining a little bit of weight on my hips and belly and my boobs soon followed--but I was still tiny, about an A cup. Then I started getting actually fat and ended up with a C cup. Then I got pregnant and started breastfeeding and was cursed with a DDD cup size for a while! It was horrible! They were in the way of everything and they jiggled when I walked and they were HEAVY! I'm down to a D now, but I sure wish I had the problems I had when I was young and wanted big boobs. :)
That being said, you can make your breasts LOOK bigger. One of the ways is to exercise your pectoral muscles. If you increase the size of your pecs, then the breast tissue that lies on top of them will look bigger. Obviously, since you're a girl and probably pretty young, you won't be able to grow huge pecs like a male bodybuilder, but you can increase them a little. Doing push-ups is the best exercise you can do for your pecs if you don't have exercise equipment.
Another option is to wear a padded bra. Don't worry about a guy finding out about it if you decide to become involved with one (which should probably wait a while anyway, but I'm not here to preach about that!). Any guy who is lucky enough to win your favors won't care what size your breasts are and won't have any clue about the difference between a padded bra and a not padded bra.
One thing NOT to do is to stuff your bra. The reason for this is that it will almost always lead to embarrassment. If you suddenly grow "overnight" it will be obvious that you're stuffing your bra and people will talk about it. And the stuffing can fall out at inopportune times--like during gym class. And if you DO become involved with a guy and he turns out to be a jerk, he'd probably tell people. And lastly, if you go to the beach, it's obvious in your bathing suit that you don't have the boobs that you advertise having when you have a regular shirt on. ;)
The most important thing to do is just to relax, your boobs will grow. I know how much you want them to grow NOW--I was there once myself, but there isn't anything you can really do about it.

Update: You won't stunt your breast growth by wearing a bra. In fact, you should wear a bra because doing so provides them with proper support. Not wearing a bra, especially once they do grow, allows them to sag and get all gross and yucky looking. If you want an example check out National Geography pictures of older naked women. Additionally, if your skin is prone to stretch marks, not wearing a bra and letting your boobs sag could cause nasty stretch marks (I got the stretch marks anyway, though!).
You don't have to wear a bra at night at your age, you really only need to wear a bra at night if your breasts are huge and it is more comfortable to do so or when you are breastfeeding--it helps keep the milk pads in the right place. ;) Or if your doctor tells you to do so, like after surgery in the breast area.

Your boobs will grow without your help, and be happy right now with whatever size they are, Like some people said they would take back having smaller breasts any day, and a bra will not stunt your growth I have been wearing a bra every night since I had to and my boobs are far from flat!

Plastic Surgery. Don't do it. Plastic boobs bad. It will grown when it's ready. How would a bra stop it from growing? I doubt that will happen. =] Just don't wear it at night.

in middle school...i remember my best friends mom told us NEVER to wear bra's at night because that stunted our boob growth. so from then on out, i never wore a bra when i went to bed. i think it worked! u can't do anything other than that, your hormones and genes make your boobs the size they end up being! your boobs continue to grow until you are 21 or 22!!

i have never heard that a bra stops your boobs from growing but i have heard not wearing one makes them sag

all i can say is be careful what you wish for when i was younger i was a 36 b and i always wanted bigger boobs well guess what now i am a 44 dd and i would give anything to have my b's back be happy with what you have.. big boobs are not always what they seem they sag and hurt your back
