I have the saaaame problem. And it's getting worse! I first discovered I had this when I was around 12 or 13 years old. Was never on the pill nor sexually active. Sadly, I'm still not, and now I'm 26. And it's much worse. They've become itchy and sometimes swollen/sensative and it's not just a few spots on the nipple anymore, it's the whole nipple. Both of them. I told my mom about it years ago and she said there was nothing to worry about and handed me some hydrocortisone (spelling?) to put on twice a day. I did that for months and months on end, religiously and NOTHING helped. So I'm still puzzled by this. I thought that if I were cancer, I would be feeling different or sick after all these years, and I don't. However, in the last two years, I haven't been able to get rid of my period. So now I'm starting to worry again. I've never had regular periods before and now it wont go away. Hopefully we can track down an answer to this!

First, this is normal.
It is a combination of excess skin oil and your bodies' natural cleaning system, the good 'ol white blood cells and fluids (usually siphoned off by the limbic system when possible). Nist people just call it pus, but in this instance (your nose) it is most likely the combination.
Get some witch hazel.

oil collects in your pores and occassionally will become infected( a pimple). The white 'stuff' is white blood cells(puss) sent to deal with the infection.

Pus from black or white heads. Apply some alcohol to dry them up and don't pick too much.
Make sure you wash your face in the morning and before bed.

it just oil buid up from the day...use hot wash cloth to release it from your pores and your skin wiil be fine
