I was diagnosed with a sinus infection yesterday. I am having the most awful pain. The worst is in my right ear but my throat, face, and nose on the right side of my face are in excruciating, agonizing pain.

Sleeping hurts, eating is the worst, when I swallow, it feels like someone is kicking me in the head...

Is there anything I can do to relieve this?

I've tried OTC pain killers, they all work for about 2 hours or so and it keeps getting worse!

Here are a couple of home remedies to try.

Inhaling steam from a vaporizer or a hot cup of water can soothe inflamed sinus cavities.

Gentle heat applied over the inflamed area is comforting.

I hope either one of them help you as sinus pain can be quite horrendous.
