It said that I have a low glucose level. Is this the same thing as low blood sugar. What does this mean? Do I need more sugar in my diet or something? (I'm 14)

I've always been looking for the best diet and then I thought that Its not worth going on a diet. In the meanwhile of all that thinking and not doing nothing for myself I've gained lots of weight and now my arms look horrible. They are flabby and I would like to know how I could tone them again. Pls, if you can help me with this matter I will now appreciate it and put it to practice. I really need this before they get worse.

saturday morning i went to the doctor because i knew i had a UTI, they perscribed me 3 days worth of bactrim, well day 3 came and it was even worse then it was before so they perscribed me cipro, i'm on that, it hasn't gotten worse maybe a little better but not much, they gave me a lot more pills i'm i take them twice a day, when will this thing go away? should i go back to the doctor? what else would they be able to do?

i think they are twitches.. it is very embarassing.. once in a while ill have muscle spasms like on the back of my arm my legs, my stomach and back.. is this a serious problem? what is this caused by..?

What's the best way to work out your lower abdominal muscles?
When I do sit-ups, only my upper abs are flexing and getting stressed. My lower abs don't seem to be doing much work but I want to get rid of a little pot belly in that area. I appreciate any help.

i am always so depressed, figdety, can never be quit, sit still, or let people talk w/o me interupting them...
also, i get jumpy sometimes and then 5 seconds later im soo depressed.......
and when im depressed its over nothing...

I've had the std since I was 18. I never told anyone before last year that I had it. I called my ex and he came clean and told me he had it, he actually gave it to me. I have been talking to a guy since Aug. He is in afghanistan and will be here in march. I care about him and I really like him. I feel as though since I have been honest about everything else, maybe I should tell him about it before we even get too close. I have a son who does not have it, thank God and as far as I know, no one else ever got it from me. I have been promiscous in the past and had terrible relationships. I changed my ways, I started being promiscous after I got the std. Now that I am more honest, I don't know when the rt time is.

I went to regular docter and he is my new family docter he is realy good cuase i told him about my docter who is the one for my kidneys he doenst check on them that often and my new doc was nice and said he wants to check them every 6 months that made me feel better and i am getting a ultra sound wendsday cause i just want make shure everything is cool with that cuase if i asked the other doc hed be like no but so ya i got a good doc now oh and i guess he also has another pataint that has chairi as well so he knows all about it and wants the noro in spoken to check if i have presure in the behind the eye or something like that cuase of my bad headachs and my spasms so pray there is none idont think there is but its good were gonna check so ya hope you right back

My girlfriend works at a residential home for adults with severe disabilities. Some are ok - they can understand things and chat to you, but others are really impaired mentally and rock to a fro, have difficulty communicating etc etc. Recently i took my 4 yr old daughter to the home which brought in an outside theatre company to perform a xmas panto. My girl enjoyed it, met the residents - stared a little, was confused over the severe ones, paid no attention to the less severe ones - but when we left she asked "dad - why was kelly being stupid?" - Kelly rocks to and fro, side to side, communicates in makaton with sporadic verbal phrases (that only her carers understand). I just said that i would tell her later - putting it off and off. But she is asking about it again, and i dont know what to say or how to explain it. I did think of something like - her brain is broken (making it simple for her to grasp) but i dont think she would know what the brain really does. Any advice please?

I am getting a drug test tomorrow, and I haven't smoke weed for about 2 and a half, to 3 weeks now. Will there be enough THC in my system after that much time for them to detect it, or am I going to have to flush my system.
