It said that I have a low glucose level. Is this the same thing as low blood sugar. What does this mean? Do I need more sugar in my diet or something? (I'm 14)

Yes, glucose is the sugar your body makes. You can eat sugar or sweets. You can also have the same problem a diabetic has if it goes too low. Also it can change in your later years to the opposite. Just make sure your Dr's keep track of it every year or so.

It means you need to moniter your diet more closely. It's called Hypoglycemia, if you have ever felt kind of shaky after not eating for a while or felt sick that's most likely the reason why. It's better if you just cut back on anything that is loaded with sugar and carbs. Eat more vegetables and fruit and more meat. You do need to talk to your doctor about it to get more details about it.

Don't add more sugar, you may be hypoglycemic. If you have sugar your insulin kicks in and makes your blood sugar go low. Eat whole wheat breads, veggies, milk products, and protein foods, go easy on the sweets as this will make you feel worse.
