As long as nothing else major seems wrong, I would suspect the problem to be exhaustion. If you don't get enough sleep or if you are emotionally exhausted you can get little muscle spasms. My eye is the first to twitch. If I keep going the back of my arm twitches too.

The only other thing I have found that fixes this is vitamin E and maybe calcium. But if exhaustion is the problem the vitamin E does not work.

This actually has been happening to me the past couple weeks. I extended my sleeping hours a bit (around 8-9 a night) and took extended hot showers. It seemed to do the trick for me. Everything seems ok now. Not sure what it is but can relate on how irratating it could be.

The same thing always happens to me. It has been happening for a while now. My eyelids are always twitching, my legs, arms, fingers, I don't know why. But I need to find out. I know exactly what you mean when you're embarrased, I feel the same way, hoping nobody is looking at me when it's happening. But I hope it is nothing serious.

These are a classic sign of stress however they could be symptoms of something else.

You should start to talk to a doctor so if any other changes occur or the symptoms worsen they can be observed.

A doctor might also be able to prescribe medication if needed.

Sometimes stress can cause this, and sometimes a lack of potassium (eat a banana), fatigue can also cause this.
