He has been acting really different and told me he was taking "a diet supplement". Please Help!!!!!!!

Its kind of hard to tell but an obvious sign is when they seem to gain almost 1/2, 1 to even 3 inches in a short amount of time.
Also check out their demeanor
Many guys get "roid rage" and very abrupt mood swings from taking the hard core stuff.
Also some guys have massive acne breakouts from taking the roids.
(However they're are those guys who their demeanor doesn't change at all?)

2 tail tell signs..
rapid increase in body weight with out a "reasonable" explanation
rapid increase in strength, once again with out a "reasonable" explanation
* coming from a person who has been lifting weights for 26 years and been around body builders and steroid users for just as long. if he said he was taking a "diet supplement" and seemed like he really didn't want to talk about it he is using gear or prohormones, etc.
if it was an over the counter (OTC) supplement he would have said so..
