im underweight. i used to weigh 73 pounds but am now 98 pounds. it took me two years to get to this weight and he said i still gotta follow the meal plan he gave me. It's kinda embarrassing though cause its alot of food. breakfast is cereal, milk, PB toast, and fruit. Lunch is a sandwich, starch such as pretzels, and fruit. Dinner is a meat such as chicken, starch such as rice, and vegetables. I also gotta eat frozen yogurt for a snack in the evening, than fruit such as an apple, than oatmeal at night with a little milk. Is this alot of food, cause most people don't eat that much. if i try not to though i lose weight, but its kinda difficult to follow the meal plan cause i'm constantly eating. Help! I am sixteen and am 5 foot 2.5
