Obviously the more fat you take in the more you are clogging your arteries and giving yourself to diseases like diabetes and heart disease later in life.

Never eat more than 30% of your
total calories in good Fat, and 10%
in saturated Fat more than that can
cause you big trouble.

Fat is horrible, it increases your chances for cholesterol, diabetes, poor breathing, and all kinds of other problems. It is more serious than people make of it.
